Seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and painting. Highly capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results across a broad range of services.
Extensive background as a General Contractor, managing projects for developers and construction companies throughout Los Angeles. Previously owned and operated a successful painting company (Schellenger Painting) and a full construction business (Schellenger Sharp Vision Inc.). Skilled at managing crews of 16+ workers and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
Recently, I completed a major residential construction project and am currently available to take on new work. My priority is to maintain steady employment for my skilled team, and I am actively looking to collaborate with developers, investors, and homeowners in need of a reliable and experienced contractor.
